Ref · PM-01- Which airportsThe Price Promise applies only to parking booked for Glasgow Airport, Manchester Airport, Luton Airport, Bristol Airport. Bookings for any other airport are not eligible. It is not a UK-wide guarantee.
- Comparable quoteWe’ll match any comparable public quote: same provider, same product, same drop-off and pick-up dates, same terminal, on a UK-registered website that’s publicly bookable. Both prices must be non-account-specific and quoted in pounds sterling.
- When to claimSubmit your claim at least 24 hours before your booked drop-off time. Claims made closer to travel, on the day, or after drop-off fall outside the window and can’t be honoured.
- What we needA public competitor booking URL and a timestamped screenshot showing the total price, dates, and product name. Use the form on this page — we can’t verify a claim without both.
- What’s excludedCashback offers, loyalty or member discounts, sub-1-hour flash rates, invitation-only prices, non-UK sites, package deals that require buying something else, and any price resulting from a provider display error.
- How we refundOnce verified, we refund the price difference to the original card within 3 working days. Keep your TVL Geek booking — this is a difference refund, not a rebook. One match per booking; not stackable with promo codes. Cancelling the booking cancels the claim. TVL Geek may decline any claim that doesn’t meet these rules.
