Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before booking. By making a booking you agree to be bound by them.
1. Booking confirmation
A contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation by email. The confirmation will include your booking reference, dates, service type, price and arrival instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct. If you notice an error, contact us without delay at support@scotpark.co.uk.
2. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking by contacting us. Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the booked arrival time: we will refund the amount paid, minus any stated cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund is due unless we agree otherwise. Email support@scotpark.co.uk with your booking reference to request a cancellation.
3. Amendments
Changes to date, time or other details are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee. Amendments requested less than 24 hours before your booked arrival time may not be possible. Contact support@scotpark.co.uk with your booking reference to request a change.
4. Delays
If your flight is delayed, you must inform us using the contact number on your confirmation. We will adjust your return time where we can. Extended stays due to delay may be subject to additional charges.
5. Liability limitations
We provide airport parking and related services with reasonable care. Our liability for loss or damage to you or your vehicle is limited as permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For other loss, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking.
6. Vehicle condition
A condition check will be completed at handover and at return. You must disclose any existing damage before handover. Disputes about vehicle condition should be raised at the time of return and confirmed in writing to support@scotpark.co.uk as soon as possible.
7. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to our use of your data as described there. Contact info@scotpark.co.uk for data-related enquiries.
8. Complaints handling
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact complaints@scotpark.co.uk with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond within a reasonable time.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
