The rules for booking with TVL Geek.

§01 Who we are

TVL Geek is a trading name of WE COMPARE PARKING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17291984. Registered office: 1A Electric Parade, Seven Kings Road, Ilford, England, IG3 8BY.

WE COMPARE PARKING LTD operates the TVL Geek website and platform. TVL Geek is a comparison platform and booking agent for UK airport parking. The selected third-party parking operator supplies the actual parking, Meet & Greet or Park & Ride service unless we expressly state otherwise. The operator may have its own product conditions, disclosed before booking or in the booking confirmation.

§02 Booking agent role

WE COMPARE PARKING LTD facilitates comparison and booking. It does not automatically own or operate every car park shown, and it is not automatically the party physically storing or driving your vehicle. It remains responsible for the obligations the law places on it and for its own booking and platform service.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

§03 Using the site

We work with operators to keep pricing, availability and product details accurate, but availability changes in real time. If a search price is wrong because of a provider or system error, we will tell you the correct price before you pay. You are never charged a different amount than the total you confirm at checkout, subject only to clearly disclosed provider or on-site charges that sit outside the online booking price.

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract to book through TVL Geek.

§04 Your booking

You must provide accurate information, including:

• name, email and phone;
• airport, and terminal where relevant;
• parking dates and times;
• vehicle registration and vehicle details where required;
• flight details where required.

Incorrect information may affect collection, return or parking. Click through product details before you pay for operator hours, vehicle restrictions, and any access, drop-off or local charges we have been given.

§05 Price and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Any applicable booking fee is clearly displayed in the price breakdown before you complete your booking. The total shown at checkout is the amount payable through our checkout, so no undisclosed booking charge is added after you confirm your purchase. Booking fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Any charges known to us that are payable through our checkout are shown before payment. Some parking providers or airports may impose additional access, drop-off, overstay or local charges; where supplied to us, these are disclosed in the product information before booking.

Payment is required at booking unless stated otherwise. Full card details are processed by the relevant payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored by TVL Geek.

§06 Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and after a confirmation email, voucher or reference is generated. The confirmation email is proof of purchase. Keep it and bring the reference when you arrive. Some operators also require photo ID matching the booking name.

§07 Cancellation

Airport parking cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Flexible bookings have free cancellation for the first 24 hours after the booking is made, subject to the booking being otherwise eligible for cancellation. A £10.00 cancellation/administration fee applies thereafter. No cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of arrival.

A flexible booking can be cancelled only when the request is received at least 48 hours before the booked parking arrival/start time. Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are normally non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. Non-flexible products that are clearly sold as non-flexible/non-refundable cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

Leisure services for a specific date are exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The 24-hour free-cancellation window described here is a voluntary business policy, not that statutory right.

Nothing in this section removes statutory consumer rights.

§08 Amendments

Amendments require at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled departure time unless a product says otherwise. The administration fee for a booking transfer or date change is £5.00, plus any increase in the parking price for date changes. Eligible standard amendments can be free during the 24-hour amendment window where the booking was made at least 72 hours before departure. Time-only amendments can be free when requested at least 48 hours before departure. Date changes, booking transfers and cancellations are not included in that amendment window. Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended. Not every amendment is free.

§09 Extended stay / delayed flights

If your vehicle remains beyond the booked parking period, the parking provider may charge its prevailing overstay or additional-day rate. This may also apply where your return flight is delayed or cancelled. Where a product includes Late Return Cover, the specific cover terms and evidence requirements apply.

§10 Price Promise

The TVL Geek Price Promise applies only to Glasgow Airport, Manchester Airport, Luton Airport and Bristol Airport. It is not a UK-wide guarantee. Eligibility, evidence and the claim window are set out on the Price Promise page. At every other airport we offer comparison of live parking prices, not a Price Promise or best-price guarantee.

§11 Liability

We are the booking agent. The parking operator is responsible for the parking service it supplies. We remain responsible for our own platform service and for any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; statutory consumer rights; or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Where the law allows it, our total liability for any single booking is capped at the amount you paid for that booking through our checkout.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

§12 Acceptable use

Do not use the site to make fraudulent bookings, submit false Price Promise claims, scrape pricing data at scale, or interfere with the site. We may suspend or cancel an account or booking where we reasonably suspect misuse. The TVL Geek name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors.

§13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect the law, a new feature, or how the Price Promise works. The new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to an existing booking.
