Heathrow Meet & Greet

Heathrow Meet & Greet is the maximum-convenience option: drop the car at the terminal and walk to check-in. The car is brought back to arrivals on your return.

Heathrow Meet & Greet is the fastest door-to-gate option. Meeting points differ for T2/T3, T4 and T5. Read the drop-off procedure on the product page.

Best for: Maximum convenience. Main benefit: Drop your car at the terminal. Terminals: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminal 4 sits south of the runways; T5 is west. Always park for the terminal on your ticket. Transfer: Meet & Greet and Park & Ride products are terminal-specific. A wrong terminal can add a long inter-terminal journey.

Cancellation

Flexible Meet & Greet products follow the site-wide rules: free for 24 hours after booking, then a £10 fee, and no cancellations within 48 hours of arrival. Non-flex products cannot be cancelled. Cancellation policy.
